Track House Life Youth mentoring programs exist to provide these role models and help a child develop socially and emotionally. Our Mentors help youth learn how to understand and communicate their feelings, to relate to their peer and to develop relationships with other adults.
Track House Life will provide a variety of interventions designed to maximize the functioning of our consumer's daily living. Services include, habilitation therapies developmental skills, behavior intervention and sensory-motor development.
Goals of our habilitation service will provide training in self-help, socialization and knowledge that will increase skills to live effectively in their day-to-day life.
Track House Life provides a range of services which accommodate people with disabilities to live and participate as independently as they can in their community. Our habilitation services assist adult individuals with personal living skills; self help skills and community integration while working closely with the consumer and their family member(s), support coordinator and day program/school staff. We take great pride in creating an environment as a home away from home. We are staffed with loyal and dedicated professionally trained Behavioral Technicians.
Our community Workshop environment provides individuals with the skills and opportunity to work at their own pace and develop competitive employment

Services identified as Attendant Care Service, will include support for the consumer living in their home, and working in the community also assistance for the consumer to continue or acquire routine community activities. The goal of Track House Life Attendant Care Services is to: assist with daily living activities, supporting the consumer to attain or maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, maintain personal cleanliness and overall pursuit of a healthily living environment as well as maintaining and supporting and encouraging community activities.
