    Requirements:

  1. Complete THL Application
  2. Obtain a current fingerprint clearance card). ( affidavit criminal history)
  3. Training in: Client Intervention (CIT I & CIT II)
  4. First Aid/CPR
  5. Article 9
  6. Medication training
  7. Confirm validity of a finger print clearance
  8. Medication practice and application of psychotropic medication
